Return & Exchange Policy

Return/exchange requests must be communicated to Juzzstyle via email within 1 week from the date of delivery. We will respond to your request within 1-2 working days.

Generally, returns will be accepted if is within two weeks of purchase. The purchase price will be refunded in full upon a timely return of the product in the original condition it was sent.

Buyer is repsonsible for return shipping costs and other related charges.

Faulty Products:

  • If a faulty product is delivered and the same product is in stock, a replacement will be given to the customer once the faulty product is returned to us. 
  • If the faulty product is out of stock, a full refund will be granted once the faulty product is returned to us.

 

Refund on sale items will be given only in case of an error of representation on the part of Juzzstyle.

At our discretion, we may on occasion make an exception but likewise, buyer will bear the cost of return shipping.
